Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven, team-oriented HR individual.
The areas of focus include assisting with recruiting, onboarding,
updating/maintain HRIS database and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop job descriptions and post jobs
- Track candidates and CVs, review applications
- Organize interviews, administer assessments and pre-employment testing
- Lead phone interviews on junior roles and provide candidates with a great experience
- Generate offer letters
- Prepare onboarding kits and welcome materials
- Setup initial training and monitor completion for new hires
- Maintains employee files and documentation in an orderly and timely manner
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree / 2-years work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality
- Fluent in English and French, any other language is a plus
- Prior experience in an HR role preferred
