Human Resources Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven, team-oriented HR individual.

The areas of focus include assisting with recruiting, onboarding,

updating/maintain HRIS database and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop job descriptions and post jobs
  • Track candidates and CVs, review applications
  • Organize interviews, administer assessments and pre-employment testing
  • Lead phone interviews on junior roles and provide candidates with a great experience
  • Generate offer letters
  • Prepare onboarding kits and welcome materials 
  • Setup initial training and monitor completion for new hires
  • Maintains employee files and documentation in an orderly and timely manner
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree / 2-years work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality
  • Fluent in English and French, any other language is a plus
  • Prior experience in an HR role preferred
